Kas and Akshay from Knowledge Above Standard are very professional in their role and regularly provide updates on the learning progress. Both our son and daughter always look forward to their weekly learning sessions. Kaz and Akshay from the knowledge above standard performs their job with extreme professionalism and notifies clients on learning progress on a regular basis. Every week, my two sons eagerly anticipate their educational lessons. In just over six months, we have saw results from these sessions. My daughter has been with KAS for 5 years now and has only gone from strength to strength! Knowledge Above Standard has nurtured her mathematical and literacy skills from primary education to secondary education which has given her a total head start at school. The classroom environment at KAS is engaging, safe and a friendly place for her to get that extra bit of attention needed to push forward with the curriculum. Both Kastur and Akshay have a fantastic rapport with the children which makes them so approachable for the children that are attending. There are no words to describe the difference Kaz and Akshay have made to my daughter’s learning journey. She has always struggled, being a summer born, but post covid the gaps in her knowledge were very concerning. In the space of 3 months we have seen a night and day difference in her. She is more motivated, confident and independent. The feedback from her school has also confirmed our feelings. She is a happier child, and she has taken significant strides to close the gaps.

"I began studying maths with KAS a year before my GCSEs. At the beginning of year 11, I was working at a grade 4/5 and got grade 7 in my actual GCSEs, which I am really happy with. Despite only having a short time to learn many topics, I was able to improve significantly.
KAS taught me content which I struggled to learn in school (and that is a lot of content). They taught me different ways to approach a question, they helped me to work at decent pace when it comes to exams so that I have time to check all my answers at the end, and so much more! During lockdown, lessons were held through a video call and KAS helped me stay engaged throughout the whole session, so I was able to learn the same pace as I would if it were to be face-to-face.
I am currently taking maths for a-levels and I would have never thought I would have this much fun studying a subject!
